Dance Instructor positions available:
Hip Hop - 3 Instructor positions available!
- Teaching skill levels: Intermediate to Advanced
- Classes are held Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays
Contemporary, Lyrical, and/or Modern - 2 Instructor positions available!
- Teaching skill levels: Intermediate to Advanced
- Classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Technical/Foundation [Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Ballroom] - 2 Instructor positions available!
- Teaching skill levels: Beginner to Intermediate/Advanced
- Classes are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
- NO Pointe training needed for Ballet
Requirements for all instructors:
- 4 or more years of dance training or experience in above specified dance genre
- 2 or more years of dance instruction experience in the above specified skill levels
- Resume of experience and qualifications within dance
- 3 professional references

3 Be3ts Dance Company will be opening the Dance Studio in Mid-October.
Studio hours for Teaching classes are Mondays to Fridays 4PM - 10PM.
We are also open Saturdays 9AM - 2PM.
Must have availability within this time frame or the days specified for one of the positions above! (Please check schedule at: http://3be3ts.com/studio/#schedule)
1st level Contract: 6-Months (Probationary Period) - paid by a percentage split per class for first 6 months of contract
2nd level Contract: Independent Contractor (After 6mo, w/ contract extension) - paid per hour, paid on a bi-monthly basis.
3rd level Contract: Company Salary (After 24 months from start date) - Opportunity to Audition for Dance Company to be on a Dancer's Salary; will be reviewed after 24 months of dance instruction.

This is our motto. At 3 Be3ts Dance Company, we develop these 3 Heart-“Be3ts” as an essential part of growing as a dancer. We strive to take a step further and deeper within the mind of the person who is the dancer. We do this by utilizing the 3 Be3ts Method.
We take the "3 Be3ts" from our Life, Culture, and Health & Well Being, in order for our "2 Fe3t" to dance with passion from within our "1 <3 (Heart)."
In essence, we each have this heart for dance. At our company, we will educate dancers to excel in their talents and technique, maintain a deeper meaning in the aesthetic of dance, knowledge about the dance community and industry, live a well-balanced and healthy life, and develop a strong sense of self-esteem and confidence.
There will even be life skills in time management, conflict management, and prioritizing, and creating a new mindset of a well-rounded, versatile person within the dancer itself.
